What's covered
Defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, from the date of delivery. Coverage includes structural members, louvers, hardware, and factory-installed motors, lighting and electronics for the periods above.
What's not covered
Damage from improper installation or foundations, unapproved modifications, snow or wind loads beyond rated limits, commercial use unless agreed in writing, and normal wear such as fading within finish tolerances.
