Delivery across Canada

We deliver to most Canadian addresses. Small accessories ship by parcel carrier. Large structures — pergolas, gazebos, kitchen runs and cabanas — ship by scheduled freight: our logistics team confirms access requirements and timing with you before the carrier arrives.

Delivery timelines

In-stock items typically deliver within 7–14 business days for freight items and 3–7 business days for parcels. Estimated timing is shown on each product page and confirmed at checkout.

Returns

Unopened accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less return shipping. Large structures may be returned within 30 days if unopened and in original packaging; freight return costs are deducted from the refund. Custom-configured items may be non-returnable.
